The Home Design launched in May of 2021 with a vision in mind, and that is to provide a service like no other. We are a local and independently owned business, operating in all of the high desert including Victorville, Apple Valley and Hesperia. Most architectural services will charge you with aesthetic services in which you have no interest in having someone else do for you. Architecture is up to you, so we believe our customers know what they want, and we are only here to provide an economical set of blueprints for your dream home that will get you through the grueling permitting process.

Here at The Home Design, architecture is always up to you. We leave the personalizing your home to suit your needs to you. We are conscientious of your budget so we are only staffed with the essentials. Because The Home Design is essentially an independent contractor, the costs of having a fully staffed office do not transfer to you. We only give you the essentials, that means more savings for you! We are local and just a short drive to most areas of Hesperia, Victorville and Apple Valley. We essentially bring the blueprints right to your doorstep!

Our design team is made up of a husband and wife duo who have an eye for architecture and an ability to interpret a clients vision. Our lead draftsman has experience working on the construction field for over 5 years, and has also been drawing plans for over 4 years. As local owner-builders we know what is required to build a home from conceptualizing the blueprints  to satisfying the California building codes,  and on to eventually passing each inspection. Start to finish, we know what needs to be done!

Both of our team members have been raised in Hesperia, and are willing to creating a strong local economy. We do our best to gather our resources from local small businesses to keep our community strong. We also help our local customers to work through their budget in order to get an approved set of blueprints in their hands.
